Include with your request
- Your Shopify store domain, such as your-store.myshopify.com.
- The product and template involved.
- The quote reference, if the issue concerns a quote.
- What you expected, what happened, and when it occurred.
- A screenshot with customer personal information removed where possible.
Fast checks
- Run Diagnostics in the app to confirm the storefront block is installed.
- Preview the published template and confirm all saved pricing tests pass.
- Check that the product is active and assigned to the expected template version.
- For email issues, verify the merchant notification address in Settings and data.
Privacy and urgent security reports
Use the same email for data access or deletion assistance. Put “Security” at the beginning of the subject for a suspected vulnerability or exposure, and avoid sending secrets, passwords, or unnecessary customer data in the message.
